Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Hushh stores the following data locally on your device to personalize your experience:

Baby's name
Baby's age group
Sleep challenge preferences
Sound and mixer preferences

This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Subscription & Purchase Information

We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect:

Anonymous app user identifiers
Purchase history and subscription status
Device type and operating system version

Automatically Collected Information

We do not collect analytics, usage data, or tracking information. We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Subscription & In-App Purchases

Hushh is a subscription-based application. All features of the app are behind a paywall and require an active subscription to access.

Available Plans:

Yearly Plan: $29.99/year — includes a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the free trial period. If you do not cancel before the end of the 3-day trial, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged $29.99 for the first year.
Monthly Plan: $4.99/month — no free trial. Charges begin immediately upon purchase.

Important Subscription Details:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the selected plan.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription during the trial.
All prices are in USD. Prices may vary in other countries based on local App Store pricing.

Restore Purchases:

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore your existing subscription using the "Restore Purchases" button on the paywall screen. This will verify your subscription status through the App Store and RevenueCat.

Notifications

If you grant permission, Hushh may send local push notifications to remind you of bedtime routines. You can disable notifications at any time through your device's Settings. We do not use push notifications for marketing or advertising purposes.

Children's Privacy

Hushh is designed for parents and caregivers to help their babies sleep better. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The baby's name and age entered in the app are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to any server.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. The only third-party service integrated into the app is RevenueCat for subscription management, which processes purchase data as described above.

Data Security

All personal data (baby's name, preferences) is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms. We do not maintain any external databases containing your personal information.

Data Retention & Deletion

Since your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete all app data at any time by:

Deleting the Hushh app from your device
Using the "Reset" option in the app's Settings, if available

You have the right to:

Access the personal data stored on your device
Delete your data by removing the app
Opt out of notifications through device Settings
Manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store

You must have an active subscription to access the features of Hushh.
The app provides white noise, nature sounds, and lullabies to help babies sleep. Results may vary.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated through the App Store.
Misuse of the app or violation of Apple's terms may result in termination of access.
